About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Peripatetic Manager to join our team at Sanctuary Care. As a Peripatetic Manager, you will be responsible for providing operational support to our care homes, ensuring that they are running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide operational support to care homes, including managing budgets and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and registration requirements.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve the quality of care and services provided to residents.
  • Build and maintain relationships with local communities and stakeholders to promote the care homes and services.
  • Recruit, train, and develop a team of high-quality staff to deliver exceptional care and services.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of care homes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
Requirements
  • Minimum of two years' experience in a residential and nursing setting, with a proven track record of managing care homes.
  • Strong operational management experience, with a focus on quality and compliance.
  • Valid NMC PIN and current driving license.
  • Ability to travel extensively, with a willingness to work flexibly to meet the needs of the care homes.
