Nursing Home Manager

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Registered Home Manager to join our team in Banbury, Oxford. As a key member of our charitable care home company, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care and creating a high-quality of life for our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of care professionals to provide exceptional care and support to our residents
- Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of our residents
- Ensure the highest standards of care and safety are maintained at all times
- Collaborate with our clinical team to provide comprehensive care and support
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the care home, including staff management and budgeting
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Registered Home Manager or Deputy Manager in an elderly nursing home
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach
- Comprehensive knowledge of care standards and regulations, with the ability to ensure compliance
