Registered Home Manager – Elderly Nursing Home

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Registered Home Manager to join our team in Banbury, Oxford. As a key member of our charitable care home company, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care and creating a high-quality of life for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of care professionals to provide exceptional care and support to our residents
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of our residents
  • Ensure the highest standards of care and safety are maintained at all times
  • Collaborate with our clinical team to provide comprehensive care and support
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the care home, including staff management and budgeting

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Registered Home Manager or Deputy Manager in an elderly nursing home
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach
  • Comprehensive knowledge of care standards and regulations, with the ability to ensure compliance
