Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage complex calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior executives.
  • Prepare and coordinate meetings, including scheduling, agendas, and minutes.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Draft and proofread internal and external communications, including emails and reports.
  • Assist with project management and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Maintain office systems and organize company events and activities.

What We're Looking For:
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar administrative role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office management tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a small team.
  • Own transport is essential due to the remote location of the office.

Salary: £40,000 - £60,000 per annum based on location and experience.
