The operational support specialist will be responsible for providing administrative support for commercial operations. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in administration within a business function or high-volume office work. They should have strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google products.
Responsibilities and Requirements
The key responsibilities of this role include workload management and prioritization, quality and continuous improvement, customer/colleague experience, communication and collaboration. The candidate will also use sales tools such as Funnel Scorecard, Miller Heiman, and Rexis to track results and monitor key metrics. Excellent team working, motivational, communication, and customer service skills are also necessary.
Work Environment and Benefits
This role is remote with ad hoc visits to Burgess Hill and other sites. The benefits include free parking onsite, fun company events, 25 days holiday per annum + recognised bank holidays, and the chance to make a difference in your day-to-day work. The estimated salary for this position is £25-37 per hour (PAYE) or £40 per hour (UMB/LTD).
