About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Support Staff Supervisor to join our team in Cornwall. As a Support Staff Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising a team of Care and Support Workers and ensuring they provide exceptional support services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To supervise a team of Care and Support Workers.
  • To ensure that our clients receive exceptional support services.
  • To maintain confidentiality at all times and handle sensitive information appropriately.
  • To communicate effectively with colleagues in order to swiftly and accurately resolve queries.

Requirements:

  • Experience in supporting people with behaviour that challenges.
  • Patience and ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Responsible attitude.
  • Good organisational skills.
  • Flexible approach to working hours.
  • Ability to support a team of Care and Support Workers.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Office.
