About the Role:


As a Purchasing Administrator, you will play a crucial role in managing the purchasing process, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfilment.


Your responsibilities will include:



  • General Purchase Administration: Oversee the purchasing process, ensuring efficient and accurate order processing.
  • File Scanning and Document Checking: Scan, organise, and verify purchase-related documents to maintain accurate records.
  • General Office Support: Provide administrative assistance to the purchasing team, including managing correspondence and handling office tasks.

Key Requirements:


To be successful in this role, you will need:



  • Experience: Proven experience in a purchasing or administrative role, with a strong understanding of general purchase administration tasks.
  • Skills: Proficient in file scanning, document checking, and general office support. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using office software and equipment.
