We are seeking a Business Development Director to join The Portfolio Group, an industry leader in the Health & Safety, HR, and Employment Law service provider market. As a senior sales professional, you will drive revenue growth and expand our client base through proactive business development activities.

Your responsibilities will include generating new leads, appointments, and referrals, attending and closing sales meetings independently, building relationships with potential introducers and referral partners, and achieving quarterly sales targets.

To succeed in this role, you will need 4+ years of B2B solution sales experience, proficiency in value-based/consultative selling, and the ability to engage with diverse audiences. Previous field-based experience and a proven track record in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of meetings are essential.

The estimated annual salary is £90,000-£140,000, depending on performance.
