About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Operations Coordinator to join our team in Telford, Shropshire. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling administrative and operational tasks to streamline the sales process and ensure customer satisfaction.

Job Description

The Sales Operations Coordinator will be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer enquiries, providing product information and assisting with order placement.
  • Identifying and targeting potential customers, including egg producers, farms and food processing companies within the UK and Eire.
  • Generating leads through market research, cold calling, networking and company visits.
  • Maintaining accurate records of sales activities, orders and customer interactions.
  • Preparing and processing sales orders and invoices and coordinating with various departments to ensure timely delivery of products or services.

The ideal candidate will have a Business Administration NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification or experience, excellent communication and relationship building skills, minimum GCSE Math and English C grade and above, and excellent IT Skills including MS Windows, email and Office 365.

Salary

The salary for this role is £28,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
