About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Client Advisor to join our team at Bicester Village. As a Senior Client Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a unique client experience that exceeds our customers' expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Provide expert advice on our luxury products and services, including product knowledge, styling, and after-sales support.
  • Work closely with the management team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store.
  • Assist in the training and development of new team members to ensure a high level of customer service and product knowledge.
  • Contribute to the creation of a warm and welcoming store environment that reflects the values of Bicester Village.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in sales roles, preferably in the luxury retail sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong product knowledge and understanding of the luxury sector.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Fluency in English and another language is a plus.
