Overview

Bicester Village is seeking a skilled Client Advisor to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales results in a fast-paced luxury retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personalized service to clients, ensuring a unique and memorable experience.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets through effective product knowledge and sales techniques.
  • Maintain a high level of visual merchandising standards, collaborating with the Visual Merchandising team to ensure a compelling store environment.
  • Contribute to inventory preparation and execution, working closely with the team to achieve results.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to build long-term loyalty.

Requirements

  • Previous sales experience in a luxury retail environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Fluency in English, with additional languages a plus.
  • Digital awareness and adaptability in a rapidly changing retail landscape.
