Role Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Home Care Assistant and make a real difference in the lives of our clients. As a Home Care Assistant, you will provide support to clients with personal care and practical tasks in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support to clients with personal care and practical tasks
  • Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
  • Accompany clients on outings and engage in hobbies and interests
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Strong communication skills
  • Able to build trusting relationships with clients
  • No social care experience required
Benefits and Compensation

The estimated salary for this role is £20,000 - £25,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, you will also receive a range of benefits, including enhanced occupational maternity and adoption pay, paid training and shadowing, uniform and PPE provided, death in service payment, benefits and well-being platform, 28 days annual leave (pro rata), refer a friend scheme, cycle to work scheme, and eligibility for Blue Light Card.
