Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for providing support to clients with personal care and practical tasks in their own homes. This may include assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation, as well as accompanying clients on outings and engaging in hobbies and interests.

Requirements
  • Strong communication skills
  • Able to build trusting relationships with clients
  • No social care experience required
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is £20,000 - £25,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, you will also receive a range of benefits, including enhanced occupational maternity and adoption pay, paid training and shadowing, uniform and PPE provided, death in service payment, benefits and well-being platform, 28 days annual leave (pro rata), refer a friend scheme, cycle to work scheme, and eligibility for Blue Light Card.
