We're seeking talented individuals to fill the role of Care and Support Professional within our team. As a valued member of our caregiving staff, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our clients to live safer and more supported lives in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting clients with their personal care needs, including bathing, dressing, managing incontinence, using the toilet, and administering medication
  • Assisting with practical tasks such as shopping, mealtimes, and housework
  • Providing emotional support and companionship to clients
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need to be compassionate, resilient, and willing to learn new skills and develop your knowledge as part of a close-knit team. While prior experience in social care is not necessary, you should possess a strong ability to care for others and adapt to changing situations.
