About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Care Assistant. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients to live safe and independent lives in their own homes. You will work closely with our clients to understand their unique needs and preferences, and provide personalized care and support to enhance their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

Your main responsibilities will include:
  1. Providing personal care and support to clients, including bathing, dressing, and managing incontinence;
  2. Assisting clients with medication management and administering medication as required;
  3. Supporting clients with daily living tasks, such as shopping and household chores;
  4. Engaging with clients to promote their physical and emotional well-being;
