Salary and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary of £12.00 per hour plus mileage, ensuring you receive fair compensation for your hard work. In addition, you'll enjoy enhanced occupational maternity and adoption pay, as well as paid training and shadowing. We also provide uniform and PPE, Death in Service Payment, a pension scheme, benefits and wellbeing platform, 28 days annual leave (pro rata), and more.
Job Description
As a Care Assistant, you'll support our clients to live safer and supported lives in their own homes. You'll follow individual care plans and assist with personal care, helping clients bathe, dress, manage incontinence, use the toilet, and support them with their medication. You'll also help with practical tasks like shopping, mealtimes, and housework.
Required Skills and Qualifications
You don't need any social care experience to apply for this role. We're more interested in your compassion and ability to care. You'll need to be resilient too and willing to learn new skills and develop your knowledge as part of a close-knit team.
