* Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless sales administration processes
* Maintain accurate sales trackers and records
* Process sales orders and produce purchase orders
* Assist with contract and sales order administration
* Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer queries
* Set up customer files and ensure accurate recording of sales orders and customer documentation
* Ensure digital copies of sales information and customer records are maintained

Requirements:

* Previous experience in sales order processing or similar administration role
* Strong systems skills, including Excel
* Excellent planning and organizational skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
