Job Title: Sales Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our Commercial Support Team at our Support Office in Maidenhead. As a Sales Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our holiday and residential parks by ensuring accurate sales processing, reporting, and reconciliation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deal with day-to-day queries from parks and customers
  • Ensure all business sales and private sales are loaded on system accurately
  • Support the accurate processing and reporting of Cost of Sales within system to enable accurate reconciliation and profit reporting
  • Weekly posting of all sales, credits, and return of deposits
  • Process finance agreements linked to sales and fees
  • Support Support Office colleagues, parks, and admin teams with queries
  • Support the calculation of sales profits and targets
  • Process income cash in the form of bank transfers and cheques
  • Weekly banking of cheques and supporting the reconciliation of payments into the bank
  • Weekly reporting on sales and credits
  • Support and improve process changes within the business
  • Support Commercial Support Team with duties such as bulk billing runs, mail shots, year-end stock takes, and so on
