Page Personnel Sales is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales and Administration Coordinator to join their team in Maidenhead. This is a 3-month contract opportunity in a lively and active FMCG sector.

Job Description
  • Work closely with the sales team to manage sales administration, including matching invoices to deals, maintaining trackers, and supporting account managers.
  • Be involved in contract and sales order administration, ensuring timely invoicing and positive business cash flow.
  • Process sales orders, produce purchase orders, and maintain accurate records on the system.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to queries by telephone and email.
  • Set up customer files for new customers, ensuring accurate recording of sales orders and necessary documentation.
  • Ensure digital copies of sales information and customer records are maintained.
  • Offer advice to customers on contract queries and provide support with monthly reports.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in sales order processing or similar administrative roles.
  • Understanding of sales contracts and billing is advantageous but not essential.
  • Strong systems skills, including Excel to Pivot Table and VLookup level.
What's on Offer

A competitive hourly rate of £12 to £15, dependent on experience.
