Job Description- Work closely with the sales team to manage sales administration, including matching invoices to deals, maintaining trackers, and supporting account managers.
- Be involved in contract and sales order administration, ensuring timely invoicing and positive business cash flow.
- Process sales orders, produce purchase orders, and maintain accurate records on the system.
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to queries by telephone and email.
- Set up customer files for new customers, ensuring accurate recording of sales orders and necessary documentation.
- Ensure digital copies of sales information and customer records are maintained.
- Offer advice to customers on contract queries and provide support with monthly reports.
- Previous experience in sales order processing or similar administrative roles.
- Understanding of sales contracts and billing is advantageous but not essential.
- Strong systems skills, including Excel to Pivot Table and VLookup level.
A competitive hourly rate of £12 to £15, dependent on experience.
