Job Description

Logicalis is seeking a highly skilled Sales Support Specialist to join our team. As Architects of Change, we design, support, and execute clients' digital transformation by uniting their vision with our technological expertise and industry insights.

We are looking for a proactive and team-oriented individual who can assist in implementing all tasks related to sales and purchase, including contacting vendors for cost quotes, preparing purchase orders and related documents, and keeping project tracking up to date.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare quotations to customers in Excel.
  • Assist in understanding customer requirements and obtaining costing from vendors and presales teams.
  • Coordinate with sales teams for meetings and customer creation.
  • Update customer, supplier, and vendor information, including qualification, credit limits, and more.
  • Manage sales orders, project files, and project control lists.
  • Maintain and update partner systems and deal information.
  • Process orders in Excel from creation to billing and project closure.
  • Coordinate with suppliers on equipment arrival and expedite when necessary.
  • Prepare custom declaration documents and coordinate with logistics and technical teams on delivery and implementation schedules.
  • Work closely with technical and service teams on projects and maintenance.
  • Follow up on projects, project milestones, and project closure on a weekly basis.
  • Prepare cadence and project tracking reports in Excel on a weekly basis.
  • Assist in submission templates and submissions via hardcopy or softcopy.
  • Follow up with vendors, presales, and sales teams to meet submission deadlines.
  • Perform monthly bookkeeping and management accounting.
  • Follow up on project payments and update stock inventory records.

Requirements:

  • Majoring in accounting or business administration or related fields.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar position and/or in the IT industry.
  • Good communication and analytical skills.
  • English communication ability.
  • Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft systems.
  • Proactive, team-oriented, service-minded, and amiable personality.
  • Able to work under pressure and fast pace.
