About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at Derrydiocese. As a key member of our administration team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality administrative support to the Parish Operations and Administration Manager.

The successful candidate will have excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. You will also possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and external stakeholders.

This is a 16-hour per week role, which offers a competitive salary of £22,000 - £25,000 per annum. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a similar administrative role, with a strong understanding of administrative procedures and practices.

To succeed in this role, you will need to be highly organized, with the ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. You will also require excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce high-quality documents and reports.
