The successful candidate will support our global offices in a varied role, providing excellent service to our employees. Key responsibilities include:

  • Responding to employee queries received into the HR Helpdesk
  • Collating, updating, and filing employee records appropriately
  • Assisting with the recruitment process by arranging interviews and acting as a contact person for applicants
  • Administering HR-related documentation, such as contracts of employment and employment references
  • Maintaining and updating employment records on our HRIS system

In return, you can expect a competitive salary of around £25,000-£30,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including hybrid working, private medical insurance, and a diverse and inclusive social calendar.
