Adult Care Shift Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced and caring individual to join our team as a Adult Care Night Team Leader. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and supervising shifts, case managing residents, and liaising with families and healthcare professionals.
About the Role:
- Lead and supervise your shift ensuring high-quality care is delivered to all residents.
- Case manage residents and their families, providing emotional support and addressing any concerns they may have.
- Administer and record medication accurately and safely.
- Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential hazards and take proactive measures to mitigate them.
- Work collaboratively with care assistants to support residents with daily needs, promoting independence and dignity at all times.
- Develop services in conjunction with the leadership team, ensuring we meet the changing needs of our residents.
- Provide exceptional customer service, always striving to exceed resident and family expectations.

Requirements:
- NVQ Level 3 in health and social care or equivalent qualification.
- Proven ability to lead and supervise others, with a strong focus on teamwork and collaboration.
- Good understanding of care planning processes and a commitment to delivering person-centred care.
- Experience in administering medication or willingness to undertake training.
- A natural ability to help make the lives of others more fulfilling, with a genuine passion for care and support.
