We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Adult Care Supervisor to join our team at the Sanctuary Group. As a key member of our care staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to our residents while supporting our Care Assistants in their development.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Work together as a team to enrich residents' lives.
  2. Provide high-quality personalised care in line with individual care plans.
  3. Engage in leisure and social activities.
  4. Be kind and supportive to residents, families, and colleagues.
  5. Experience in care and NVQ3 in Social Care are essential requirements.
  6. Good communication and flexible skills are necessary.

We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional compensation for overtime and weekend shifts.
