Organisational Development Role

**About the Opportunity**

We are seeking an experienced Organisational Development professional to join our team at Hunter Adams. As an Organisational Development Partner, you will play a key role in driving culture change and promoting Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) within our organisation.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Lead the strategy and delivery of culture and DE&I initiatives, working closely with the Organisational Effectiveness team and stakeholders across the organisation.

* Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement programmes that promote inclusive cultures and address diversity and inclusion challenges.

* Work closely with the DE&I specialist to develop and deliver training and development programmes that promote cultural awareness and understanding.

* Contribute to the development of organisational policies and procedures that support DE&I and cultural change.

**Requirements**

* Proven experience in delivering organisational development and effectiveness initiatives, with a focus on culture change and DE&I.

* Strong understanding of DE&I principles and practices, with experience in developing and implementing inclusive cultures.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering results and meeting deadlines.
