About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Organisational Effectiveness Partner to join our team at Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited. As a key member of our organisation, you will play a vital role in driving business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement Organisational Effectiveness frameworks and tools to develop colleagues and leaders.
  • Use data and insight to identify business needs and opportunities, and develop recommendations to address them.
  • Work with stakeholders at various levels of the organisation to ensure our products are simple and accessible, meet FCA expectations, and meet the needs of our diverse colleague population.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions to support the development of colleagues and leaders.
  • Stay up-to-date with internal insight, FCA expectations, and external trends to inform your recommendations.
What You'll Need
  • A proven track record in designing and delivering Organisational Effectiveness frameworks and tools.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills and an ability to challenge constructively.
  • A strategic and commercial mindset and focus on adding value for customers.
  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills and experience.
