About the Role

Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited is seeking a highly skilled Organisational Effectiveness Partner to join our client's team in Glasgow or Edinburgh. As a key member of the Culture & DEI area, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and organisational change.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement products and solutions to address business needs and opportunities, leveraging internal and external data and insight.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and embed products that meet FCA expectations and the needs of a diverse colleague population.
  • Facilitate workshops and sessions to drive organisational change and development.
  • Stay up-to-date with internal insight, FCA expectations, and external trends to inform recommendations.
  • Work with stakeholders at various levels of the organisation to drive business outcomes.
Requirements
  • A proven track record in designing and delivering blended Organisational Effectiveness frameworks and tools.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills and ability to challenge constructively.
  • A strategic and commercial mindset with a focus on adding value for customers.
  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
