About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Organisational Effectiveness Partner to join our team at Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited. As a key member of our organisation, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and improving organisational performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement organisational effectiveness frameworks and tools to develop colleagues and leaders.
  • Use data and insight to identify business needs and opportunities, and develop recommendations to address them.
  • Work with stakeholders at various levels of the organisation to ensure products are simple, accessible, and meet FCA expectations.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions to develop colleagues and leaders.
  • Stay up-to-date with internal insight, FCA expectations, and external trends to inform recommendations.
What You'll Need
  • A proven track record in designing and delivering organisational effectiveness frameworks and tools.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills and ability to challenge constructively.
  • A strategic and commercial mindset with a focus on adding value for customers.
  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
