Strategic Sales Consultant Leader

We are looking for a skilled Sales Executive to manage the sales process at StartPlan, based in London. The successful candidate will have strong communication skills, with a talent for building rapport and understanding client needs.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in front-end sales, preferably in consulting, and a proven track record of managing the full sales cycle, from initial contact through to closing, with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
The estimated salary for this role is £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth.
- Client Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, identifying their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Contract Negotiation: Prepare, negotiate, and close sales contracts.
- Performance Metrics: Track and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
