Job Description:
### Job Overview
As a Strategic Sales Consultant at TheSqua, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth through end-to-end sales. Your key responsibility will be to research leads, pitch to potential clients, generate meetings, attend meetings, negotiate rates, close and manage accounts. You will work with an uncapped commission structure that rewards proactive lead sourcing and a desire to find new clients.
### Key Responsibilities
- Proactively source leads and develop them into sales opportunities.
- Qualify leads and convert them into sales through various activities.
- Create appointments for colleagues or directly propose suitable solutions to clients.
- Collaborate with senior members to identify new market opportunities.
- Work with the Reservations Team and Client Service Managers to ensure client needs are met.
- Ensure all actions align with TheSqua's company ethos.
- Develop meaningful relationships with clients.
- Attend networking events as required.
- Promote and sell TheSqua's in-house services and products to new clients.
- Promote and sell technologies and software developed in-house.

- Proactive approach to sourcing leads.
- Excellent record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to develop leads into returning clients.
- Confidence in pitching and presenting to potential clients.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- Detail-oriented and methodical in maintaining CRM records.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
