Customer Experience Manager

Sainsbury's is seeking a Customer Experience Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional customer service and driving operational excellence in our stores.
This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong leader who can motivate and develop a team to achieve high performance standards.
You will be responsible for managing a medium to large instore team, assigning tasks, planning breaks, creating rotas, addressing performance issues, and helping with recruitment.
As a visible leader on the shop floor, you will be a role model who drives training and creates a team where everyone feels welcome and colleagues feel safe to challenge the way things are done.
Key Responsibilities- Support the Lead Customer Experience Manager to deliver improved customer and retail outcomes in your area
- Work closely with another Customer Experience Manager to share ideas and identify ways to improve things, and provide a brilliant handover from each shift to the next
- Confidently give honest feedback, early and often, to support team development
- Help the team put themselves in the customers' shoes, taking genuine pride in how we deliver a better service
- Make decisions at pace and be comfortable not knowing all the answers
