Job Title: Children's Welfare Specialist - Ofsted Rated Good

We are seeking an experienced Social Worker to join our dedicated team of professionals who work with children in long term care. This is a unique opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of young people and their families.

The ideal candidate will have a recognized social work qualification and relevant post-qualification experience. A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Social Worker, preferably within LAC or Edge of Care, is required.

This role offers a competitive salary of £35 per hour and a hybrid working arrangement that includes 3 days in the office. The successful candidate will have the satisfaction of knowing they are part of a GOOD-rated Ofsted team and contributing to the well-being of their community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work with children in long term care up to the age of 16
  • Collaborate with experienced staff and management to provide high-quality support
  • Maintain good communication with colleagues, managers, and service users
