Member Experience Coordinator

Bannatyne is seeking a reliable and diligent Membercare Assistant to join our team. As a Membercare Assistant, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of our facilities, providing excellent customer service to our members, and following health and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment.
This is a great opportunity to join a reputable company in the fitness and wellness industry, with a competitive hourly rate of £11.44 and estimated annual salary of £22,942 based on a 40-hour working week. Key Responsibilities
* Perform thorough cleaning of all areas, including changing rooms, showers, toilets, and poolside facilities
* Ensure all gym equipment, floors, and surfaces are cleaned and sanitized regularly
* Empty trash bins, replace liners, and ensure waste is disposed of properly
* Maintain outdoor space, including litter picks and bin stores
* Follow health and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for members and staff
Requirements
* Previous experience in domestic/cleaning roles
* Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in cleaning tasks
* Ability to work independently and follow instructions
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused attitude
* Physical capability to perform cleaning tasks that involve standing, walking, bending, lifting, and using cleaning equipment
Working Hours
The successful candidate will be required to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, with hours ranging from 5:30 am to 10:30 pm.
