Residential Care Team Member

With experience leading shifts and administering medication in a residential care setting, you will be able to promote independence and well-being among our residents. This is a full-time position offering a competitive estimated salary range of £24,500 - £30,500 per annum based on location and experience.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering person-centred care plans and supporting residents with daily living activities
- Coordinating care teams and leading shifts to ensure seamless care delivery
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting any concerns or issues
