We're looking for someone who can join our team and help us provide an outstanding experience for our guests. As a Front of House Team Member, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and play a key role in ensuring they have a great time with us.

About the Role:

Key Responsibilities
  • To deliver exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
  • To work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve our business objectives
  • To maintain a high level of knowledge about our menu, products and services, and be able to communicate this effectively to our guests

Salary Information:

The estimated salary for this role is between £7-£8 per hour, depending on your experience and qualifications. You will also receive a range of benefits, including up to 60% off Premier Inn rooms and 25% off meals in Whitbread Restaurants.

What You'll Need:

To be considered for this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a warm and welcoming personality, and the ability to work well under pressure. You should also be able to commit to working 15 hours per week, over 4 days, including evenings and weekends.
