We are seeking a dedicated Housing Service Manager to oversee our team at Willow Lodge in Folkestone. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing and leading our team to provide high-quality support services to our residents.

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing and leading teams within a social care setting, with a strong understanding of recovery principles and the ability to develop and implement risk management plans. They will also be able to make comprehensive assessments of individual situations and needs, and develop support plans to meet these needs.
