Project Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Coordinator to join our team at CV Library. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, with experience in retro fit EWI/IWI/CWI, ASHPs, Solar Panels, Loft Insulation, Roofing, Heat pumps, ground pumps. They will also hold a CSCS card – Supervisor / Manager / Professionally qualified person, SMSTS Award, GCSE grade C or above in 4 subjects including Maths and English or a C&G Advanced/Craft certificate and NVQ L2/3, HNC in Construction, or equivalent.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating the planning and execution of construction projects
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
- Communicating with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders
Salary: £42,000 - £52,000 per annum
