Retail Experience Specialist

At The Boots Company PLC, we are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. We are looking for a Retail Experience Specialist to join our team and contribute to the success of our Opticians stores.
As a Retail Experience Specialist, you will work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized recommendations to enhance their eye health and lifestyle. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge through comprehensive training programs, including becoming a qualified Optical Consultant.
Your key responsibilities will include interacting with customers, providing product information, handling transactions, maintaining store displays, and supporting other colleagues in the store. In addition, you will have the opportunity to develop your leadership skills by mentoring and guiding new team members.
We offer a competitive salary of £19,500 - £22,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including Boots Retirement Savings Plan, discretionary annual bonus, generous employee discounts in Opticians and Boots Stores, enhanced maternity/paternity/adoption leave pay and gift card for anyone expecting or adopting a child, flexible benefits scheme including holiday buying, discounted gym membership, life assurance, activity passes, and access to free, 24/7 counselling and support through TELUS Health, our Employee Assistance Programme.
