Job Description">

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing 1:1 support to individuals with complex needs, including assisting with daily living tasks, encouraging social participation and engagement in community activities, and working collaboratively with colleagues to develop and implement personalized support plans.

Requirements">
  • Experience of working with vulnerable adults, particularly those with learning disabilities, mental health and autism
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Flexibility and willingness to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
