About the Role:
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Team Leader to join our Block Management division in Wimbledon. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of property managers and providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.

**Responsibilities:**
• Lead a team of property managers in the Block Management division
• Develop and implement effective strategies to improve team performance and customer satisfaction
• Provide coaching and mentoring to team members to help them improve their skills and performance
• Analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business growth and improvement
• Build strong relationships with customers and colleagues to ensure excellent customer service

**Requirements:**
• Proven experience as a team leader or in a similar role
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions

**Estimated Salary:** £55,000 - £75,000 per annum, depending on experience.
