About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Early Years Foundation Stage Leader to lead our Baby Room team at RecTech Solutions Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in childcare, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality education and care.

Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement strategies to promote high-quality practice and provision in the nursery, ensuring compliance with EYFS requirements.
  2. Manage and allocate children to keycarers, fostering effective relationships with parents/carers and ensuring their needs are met.
  3. Create a safe and stimulating environment, encouraging children's physical, emotional, and cognitive development.
  4. Engage with colleagues to promote the nursery, developing marketing strategies to attract new parents and enhance our reputation.
Qualifications and Experience:
  1. Level 2 or 3 Diploma in Childcare or equivalent qualification.
  2. Substantial experience in childcare or nursery settings, with a focus on early childhood education and principles.
  3. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with colleagues and stakeholders.
Salary and Benefits:

Competitive salary: £38,000 - £42,000 per annum, dependent on experience. Comprehensive benefits package, including pension scheme and annual leave.
