Operations Administrator Role

We are seeking an experienced Operations Administrator to join our team at First Recruitment Services in Brighton. As an Operations Administrator, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our business, ensuring the smooth running of our procedures and processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain accurate forecasting reports to inform business decisions
  • Manage and control inventory and stock levels to optimize efficiency
  • Maintain and update our database to ensure accurate records
  • Identify and mitigate potential issues to minimize disruption
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in project management and administration
  • Proficiency in CRM, ERP, Financial Software, or MS 365
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
