As a Product Specialist, you'll play a vital role in understanding our Workforce Management solution and ensuring the needs of our markets are well-articulated and represented within the Optima Product Management function.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyse customers, competitors, and broader market trends to inform recommendations for product development
  • Define product feature requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
  • Track and report on product roadmap delivery progress
  • Improve the measurement of customer adoption and return on investment
  • Define product roadmap concepts for consideration as part of annual planning process
  • Articulate and escalate any identified risks/issues and the associated impact to the product roadmap, ROI, reputation, or customer experience to the relevant internal stakeholders

Collaboration is key in this role, working with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure the overall achievement of product objectives, including product launch and marketing activities. You'll determine product vision, positioning, and strategic direction, identifying new opportunities, service improvements, and cost reductions.

Commercially, you'll contribute to the determination of pricing and profitability of products, supporting Sales and Professional Services teams with customer engagements.
