About the Role


We are seeking a talented Learning and Development Specialist to join our team at Redde Northgate plc. As a key member of our Learning and Development team, you will play a crucial role in designing, delivering, and continuously improving learning and development programmes across our business.


As a Learning and Development Specialist, you will work closely with frontline employees, management teams, and HR/L&D departments to implement effective and engaging training initiatives aligned with our strategic objectives. Your focus will be on enhancing employee performance, driving retention, and fostering a learning culture throughout the organization.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Design and deliver engaging training programmes that meet the needs of our diverse workforce
  • Collaborate with management and HR teams to drive performance and execute strategic initiatives
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure training needs are met
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development
  • Contribute to the development of our Learning and Development strategy
