Learning and Development Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Learning and Development Advisor to join our team at Redde Northgate plc.
As a Learning and Development Advisor, you will play a critical role in designing, delivering, and continuously improving learning and development programmes across the business.
Key responsibilities will include:
Design and Delivery of Learning Programmes
- Develop and deliver engaging learning programmes that enhance employee performance and drive business outcomes.
- Collaborate with management and HR/L&D teams to identify learning needs and develop targeted solutions.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programmes and make recommendations for improvement.
Learning Needs Analysis and Stakeholder Engagement
- Conduct learning needs analysis to identify gaps in employee skills and knowledge.
- Engage with stakeholders across the business to understand their learning needs and preferences.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Knowledge Management and Employee Development
- Develop and implement knowledge management strategies to ensure that learning is captured, shared, and retained within the organisation.
- Design and deliver employee development programmes to enhance skills, knowledge, and performance.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of employee development programmes and make recommendations for improvement.
Other Responsibilities
- Contribute to the development of the learning and development strategy and annual plan.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.
About You
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Learning and Development Advisor who can make a significant impact on our business.
Key requirements include:
Proven Experience
- At least 3 years of experience in learning and development, with a strong track record of designing and delivering effective learning programmes.
- Experience of working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders.
- Proven ability to analyse learning needs and develop targeted solutions.
Skills and Qualifications
- Degree in a relevant field, such as education, training, or human resources.
- Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
