About the Role


We are seeking a highly skilled Learning and Development Advisor to join our team at Redde Northgate plc.


As a Learning and Development Advisor, you will play a critical role in designing, delivering, and continuously improving learning and development programmes across the business.


Key responsibilities will include:


Design and Delivery of Learning Programmes



  • Develop and deliver engaging learning programmes that enhance employee performance and drive business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with management and HR/L&D teams to identify learning needs and develop targeted solutions.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programmes and make recommendations for improvement.

Learning Needs Analysis and Stakeholder Engagement



  • Conduct learning needs analysis to identify gaps in employee skills and knowledge.
  • Engage with stakeholders across the business to understand their learning needs and preferences.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

Knowledge Management and Employee Development



  • Develop and implement knowledge management strategies to ensure that learning is captured, shared, and retained within the organisation.
  • Design and deliver employee development programmes to enhance skills, knowledge, and performance.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of employee development programmes and make recommendations for improvement.

Other Responsibilities



  • Contribute to the development of the learning and development strategy and annual plan.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.

Key requirements include:


Proven Experience



  • At least 3 years of experience in learning and development, with a strong track record of designing and delivering effective learning programmes.
  • Experience of working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to analyse learning needs and develop targeted solutions.

Skills and Qualifications



  • Degree in a relevant field, such as education, training, or human resources.
  • Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
