Team Manager - Children's Disability Team

Sanctuary Personnel Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Team Manager to join our Children's Disability Team in Bromley. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assessing and providing services to children in need, working closely with families and other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess and provide services to children in need, working within the framework of relevant legislation, regulations, and departmental procedures.
  • Supervise a team of professional staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high standards of practice.
  • Chair professional, statutory, and inter-agency meetings, including Children in Need meetings and child care reviews.
  • Contribute to the development of practice within the team, providing training and support as needed.
  • Represent the team on working parties and other bodies as required.
Requirements:
  • Appropriate supervision and experience working with children and families in need.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to maintain high standards of professional practice and promote best practice within the team.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to supervise and support a team of professionals.
