Opportunity Overview

We have an exciting opportunity for a Community Support Worker to join our team at Parkside. As a Community Support Worker, you will work with older adults in a residential setting, providing support and care to promote their independence and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide physical and emotional support to residents
  • Assist with daily living activities such as personal care and medication management
  • Encourage social interaction and engagement among residents

Requirements:

  • No experience or qualifications are necessary - we provide fully paid training and development
  • A friendly and compassionate approach to care
  • The ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends

Salary: £13.05 - £13.26 per hour (dependent on experience)
