Commercial Contract Specialist

We are excited to offer an exceptional opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Intersect Global Ltd. As a key member of our PQS practice, you will play a crucial role in managing commercial contracts and providing expert advice on cost management and dispute resolution.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quantity surveying, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will be working closely with our clients in the civil engineering sector to deliver excellent results and achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage commercial contracts from inception to completion
- Provide expert advice on cost management and dispute resolution
- Work closely with clients to deliver excellent results
- Maintain accurate records and reports
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or related field
- Chartered Status (ACIOB) or working towards it
- Strong knowledge of commercial contracts and cost management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
