We are seeking an experienced HR Adviser to provide support to our HR department in Northampton. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR principles and practices, including employment regulations.

About the Job:
  • This role will involve providing guidance and support on HR-related matters, handling casework, including investigations and performance management.
  • You will be responsible for supporting performance management processes, maintaining knowledge of current HR trends, conducting research on HR best practices, and assisting with policy development.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert advice on HR principles and practices, including employment regulations.
  • Support the HR department in various functions, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • A strong background in HR principles and practices, with a proven track record of experience in a similar position.
  • Prior experience in HR, preferably with at least 2 years' experience, is essential.
