As a sales operations specialist at Figma, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth across our self-service engine and assisted sales motions. Your expertise will help us scale globally while maintaining data integrity.
Your Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain operational, strategic, and tactical reporting to inform business decisions.
- Provide regular insights to senior management on sales performance, market trends, and opportunities for growth.
- Analyze key performance metrics and sales data to identify areas for improvement.
- Build visualization dashboards and reports to accelerate information-to-action at scale.
Requirements
- A minimum of 3-4 years of sales operations experience in a fast-growing environment.
- Strong understanding of SaaS operations, best practices, and industry standards.
- Interest in design and technical aptitude.
- In-depth experience with Salesforce and spreadsheet software.
- A collaborative working style with experience working across teams to achieve common goals.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a PLG SaaS company.
- Experience with sales productivity and data visualization tools like Tableau or Looker.
