Account Manager - Education Sector

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our fast-paced commercial department, responsible for nurturing customer relationships within the education sector. The ideal candidate will possess a strong aptitude for building and maintaining positive customer relationships, with excellent planning and organisational skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and implement account plans to achieve client satisfaction and business growth objectives.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive approach to managing and growing accounts.
  • Contract Support: Assist in contract negotiations and support agreements to maximise profits while ensuring the delivery of high-quality IT services.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and report on account metrics, providing regular updates to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Budget Management: Manage account budgets, ensuring financial targets are met and resources are allocated effectively.
  • Project Support: Contribute to the successful delivery of IT projects and services, ensuring they are effectively scoped, sold, and delivered.
