Account Executive

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our fast-paced commercial department, responsible for nurturing customer relationships within the education sector. The ideal candidate will possess a strong aptitude for building and maintaining positive customer relationships, with excellent planning and organisational skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Client Relationship Management: Develop and implement account plans to achieve client satisfaction and business growth objectives.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive approach to managing and growing accounts.
- Contract Support: Assist in contract negotiations and support agreements to maximise profits while ensuring the delivery of high-quality IT services.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and report on account metrics, providing regular updates to internal and external stakeholders.
- Budget Management: Manage account budgets, ensuring financial targets are met and resources are allocated effectively.
- Project Support: Contribute to the successful delivery of IT projects and services, ensuring they are effectively scoped, sold, and delivered.
- Collaboration and Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and clients, supporting projects and ensuring alignment with client goals.
- Adaptability and Flexibility: Capacity to adapt to changing circumstances and client needs, and to remain flexible in the face of new challenges and opportunities.
- Operational Thinking: Ability to understand the day-to-day operations of educational institutions and how to position the company's services effectively.
- Relationship-Building: Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain positive relationships with key clients, fostering trust and loyalty.
